We presented our activities, with a special focus on the processing and digitisation work in our collection. Gergely Prőhle expressed what he also emphasised at the debut of the Otto von Habsburg Foundation in Vienna: we are committed to good cooperation with Austrian public collections, and we aim to make the material held in Budapest accessible to foreign researchers, including Austrian researchers, as soon as possible. We agreed that Otto von Habsburg’s views on Europe can provide important points of reference in today’s political dilemmas and in thinking about the future of our continent.
