“I practically always stay at the Gellért” – Otto von Habsburg and the Hotel Gellért
The name of Otto von Habsburg was associated with the Hotel Gellért as early as the mid-1920s through the so-called “Otto dinners”, and after the change of regime, a suite was named after him as he was a frequent guest.
