During the National Library Days on 4 October, the city mayor István Siklósi gave a welcome speech, and director Gergely Prőhle opened the exhibition. Teachers and students of the Mezőberény Elementary School, Primary Art School and College attended the event.
Our exhibition on Otto von Habsburg opened on 19 April at the Regional Museum of Celje. In the 1980s, our namesake was an important supporter of Slovenia’s independence and later its accession to the European Union. His dynastic legacy gave him a responsibility to create a Central European community at the heart of Europe, and remains a message that we must build Central Europe together: by finding the points that connect us.
On 25 March 2024, an exhibition opening and a conference entitled “The Era of Otto von Habsburg and his Political Legacy” was held at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Osijek.
