Julia Gross, the new Ambassador of Germany in Budapest, visited our Foundation. After graduating in history and political science from the University of Cologne, she served in the German Foreign Office in Tirana, New York, Bucharest and London. We gave her a presentation of our collection, with a special focus on political and diplomatic documents from the second half of the 20th century. We also informed her about our planned conferences and publications and discussed how to commemorate the establishment of diplomatic relations between Hungary and the Federal Republic of Germany on its 50th anniversary.
