The Heritage Foundation is a significant conservative think tank in America, focusing on three major objectives; to build a stronger economy, a stronger society and a stronger national defence. To this end, the Foundation brings together its researchers and experts in three institutes so they can work effectively to advance the conservative policy solutions that their members support.

James Jay Carafano is a leading expert in national security and foreign policy challenges. He is the Vice President of the Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy. Carafano is an accomplished historian and teacher as well as a prolific writer and researcher. John “JV” Venable, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force is a senior research fellow for defense policy at Heritage.

We discussed the possibility of doing so, as well as some aspects of US foreign policy, with a particular focus on developments in Europe and Eurasia.
